During its Annual Membership Meeting April 14 in Washington, D.C., the AHA honored 2024 Board Chair Joanne Conroy, M.D., president and CEO of Dartmouth Health.

“We must ensure that all types of hospitals and health systems of all sizes are financially secure so we can continue providing world-class life-saving care, and continue promoting wellness, well-being, employee resilience and health equity,” Conroy said.

2024 Distinguished Service Award to Nancy Howell Agee , CEO of Carilion Clinic and chair of the Coalition to Strengthen America’s Healthcare: Protecting 24/7 Care.

2024 Distinguished Service Award to Brian Gragnolati, president and CEO of Atlantic Health System.

Board of Trustees Award to Christina Campos, CEO of Guadalupe County Hospital.

Board of Trustees Award to Steven Summer, former president and CEO of the Colorado Hospital Association and West Virginia Hospital Association; and president and CEO of The Healthcare Institute.
